其間紙箱面紙爆線主要原因：1壓線壓力調(diào)整不妥2、紙板水分太低處理紙箱面紙爆線要從以下方面多做改進(jìn)：印刷壓線必求深：印刷機(jī)在出產(chǎn)過(guò)程中由于壓線壓力過(guò)重易導(dǎo)致印刷爆線。如果將預(yù)壓輪壓重，紙箱不爆線，可是紙箱成型就欠好，紙箱四邊出現(xiàn)圓角現(xiàn)象。紙箱壓線太淺紙箱成型就會(huì)形成剪刀差，接縫巨細(xì)等現(xiàn)象，所以壓線就必求深。
